Physical activities are essential for brain development, physical and emotional health, self-regulation, and will provide your child with lifelong benefits. We dedicate a great portion of our day to active play and use this activity as a strategy to balance energy level in the rooms, prevent or redirect any mistaken behavior, and to help children to self-regulate. Our weekly classes introduce children to basic aerobics, gymnastics, yoga, dance moves and team sports.
