Children get introduced to "agenda of the meeting" in a fun and playful way through selected songs, felt board stories, finger plays, Interactive sangs with the movements according to the topic of the day.
Each child is given an opportunity to have their own unput in this meeting by being encourages to participate in discussions where they can express their thoughts and ideas, share their experiences, and ask questions, while being in a safe place facilitated by a teacher. The educator's goal is to establish an environment that encourages openness, collaboration, and mutual respect. Circle Time discussions allow the group to tap Into other topics and the teachers to take notes of what children are interested in or curious about. Later teachers will expend on these topics when planning their next circle time, during Story Times, or will use these notes as a teachable moment in Interactions with the children throughout the day.
